RuleEvent

RuleEvent is the public delegate signature used by clsRulesManagerBase's RuleBroken and RuleNotBroken events.

Purpose

  • Define the callback signature for rule-violation notification handlers: void RuleEvent(object rule).

Context

  • Namespace: SAIF.Framework
  • Assembly/package: SAIF.BOF.Framework.Bindable.csproj (packed into the SAIF.BOF.Framework NuGet package)*

Public members

Member Signature Purpose
RuleEvent delegate void RuleEvent(object rule) Delegate signature invoked when a RuleBroken or RuleNotBroken event fires, passing the rule object that triggered the notification.

Behavioral notes

  • Two additional delegate declarations were found commented out (disabled) in the same source file and were excluded from analysis; only this active RuleEvent delegate is part of the public surface.*

Constraints and usage notes

  • Handlers subscribing to clsRulesManagerBase.RuleBroken/RuleNotBroken must match this delegate's void(object rule) signature.

Note: Statements marked with * were inferred from code structure, naming conventions, or contextual evidence where direct confirmation was not available in source artifacts. Statements marked with ** could not be confirmed; treat as unknown until verified.
