Configuration settings

SAIF.Framework.CodeGen does not retrieve runtime settings from the Environment API, ConfigurationManager.AppSettings, or config-file sections itself, and the only local configuration-related project artifact is an empty auto-generated MySettings scaffold with no typed settings. However, CodeTableMap.Connect() directly instantiates clsMSOracleDataLayer (from SAIF.Framework, built from SAIF.Framework.Core) using caller-supplied dbUser/database arguments, so this library is transitively dependent on the Oracle connection configuration that SAIF.Framework.Core resolves through SAIF.Framework.Connection's ConnectInfo service.
