Configuration settings

No configuration is consumed by this library. SAIF.Services.Export contains a single class (ExportServices) with a single method (GetCSV(Of T)) that performs only in-memory reflection and string formatting; it reads no application settings, connection strings, or Web.config/app.config entries. The My Project\Settings.settings / Settings.Designer.vb files present in the project are the default, empty VB "My Project" scaffolding generated by the project template, with no custom settings defined.*
