SAIF.Services.Imaging.Import is a single-class VB.NET library that models the metadata needed to import/index a document image into the OnBase imaging system and serializes that metadata to a flat KEY=VALUE text payload.* It contains no I/O, no data access, and no service calls.

Purpose

• Provide a serializable data-transfer object (clsImageImport) that carries batch/document identity, claim/policy linkage, agency/producer linkage, legal-case linkage, document metadata, task/workflow metadata, and audit/system fields relevant to an imaging-import job.
• Expose named OnBase document type/sub-type classification constants for callers to reference when populating type/sub-type properties.*
• Consumers construct/populate an instance and call .ToString() to obtain a KEY=VALUE\r\n-delimited text payload for delivery to the external imaging system; this library does not itself write or transmit that payload.*

Responsibilities

• Model all fields needed for an imaging-import job as public auto-implemented properties on clsImageImport.
• Serialize the populated instance to KEY=VALUE text via ToString(), applying blank-out formatting for unset date and non-positive numeric defaults (BR-IMG-001, BR-IMG-002).

Key components

• clsImageImport: the library's sole public type — a serializable plain data holder with property-storage and ToString() serialization logic; no validation, persistence, or transport logic.
