The Phase 1b database analysis confirmed that neither clsEligPayeeClaim nor clsEligPayeeClaimCollection executes live SQL: all IBusinessCriteria SQL properties either throw InvalidSQLProperty or return a single-space string literal, and no AddParm, AddCursorParm, CommandType, or RowsAffected calls were found. No database tables are accessed by this library.
